NOTICE: TSA Secure TSA Secure Flight Passenger Information required for Passengers traveling on or
after Nov. 1, 2010
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has announced that it will require full name (as it appears on their government issue ID), date of birth and gender for all passengers traveling on or after November 1, 2010 regardless when the reservation was booked. Failure to provide this information could result in a reservation being refused by the airline.
In compliance with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements, Secure Flight Passenger Data is required to complete a booking in VAX with the following tour operators:
• Air Jamaica Vacations
• Fabugo
• Funjet Vacations
• MGM MIRAGE Vacations
• Southwest Airlines Vacations
• Spirit Vacations
• United Vacations
• Universal Parks and Resorts Vacations
For your convenience, you can also enter TSA information during checkout when booking Alaska Airlines Vacations and US Airways Vacations on VAX, but it is not required to complete a booking.
To add Secure Flight Passenger Data to an existing booking, retrieve the reservation in VAX and add the required information.
