There’s always something new happening on VAX, but we’ve had an influx of new suppliers and destinations lately! In case you missed them, here are five new people and places you need to know about on VAX.
In early June, Melody Maker Cancun went live on VAX with a splashy new Supplier Showcase that perfectly illustrates the modern luxury of the resort. They have a page dedicated to their restaurants, giving you great info to share with your clients. Their fact sheet is helpful, too, and definitely something you can share directly with your clients.
Casa de Campo also came on to VAX in June. Their Supplier Showcase prominently features the awards they are no doubt proud of: a AAA Four Diamond Award and four stars from Forbes Travel Guide. They also highlight four key things about the exclusive resort: golf (they’re home to Teeth of the Dog, the #1 golf course in the Caribbean), dining (they have a food truck!), activities (there’s a horse stable) and weddings. And they’ve set you up with brochures and flyers aplenty.
If your clients are thinking El Salvador and you need some extra info on the Central American country, the newly enhanced El Salvador page on VAX is the ticket. To get you started, it’s known as the Land of Volcanoes, with 25 peaks within its 8,100 square miles. Get more details and learn some key landmarks on the new page, or watch their 14-minute webinar to get a quick overview.
Guadalajara is another exciting destination with an enhanced presence on VAX. It was recently named one of the top cities in Mexico by Travel+Leisure and is considered Mexico’s cultural center, as it’s the birthplace of tequila and mariachi. They hosted a webinar back in May that has everything you need to know about Mexico’s second-largest city. Check it out now!
Saint Lucia is one of the 20 most popular destinations on VAX. It makes sense since it’s incredibly beautiful, full of rainforests and easy for Americans to travel to (English is the official language and American dollars are widely accepted there). Saint Lucia’s page on VAX has the detailed info you need if you have clients who want to go there but it’s not necessarily your strong point. There’s a link to their Saint Lucia Expert Program plus brochures and island highlights.
