Amstar DMC Adds Aruba to Its Growing Destination Portfolio

Amstar DMC, the leading supplier of destination services in Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, announced today that the company would begin operations in the Dutch Caribbean island of Aruba on August 1, 2020.

Amstar, is a leading destination management company (DMC) in the industry, with operations in some of the most beautiful locations in the world such as Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Curacao, St. Martin, and Hawaii. Commencing operations in Aruba will celebrate the opening of the 30th destination for Amstar DMC, which is part of the Apple Leisure Group® (ALG), the leading travel, hospitality, and leisure management group in North America.

The company also noted that in response to the current COVID-19 situation, they have developed a SAFE AND CLEAN PROGRAM and are implementing the protocols across all of their destinations as respective countries re-open for tourism. The protocols are based on guidelines recommended by the leading health authorities in the world including the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as local authority’s health and safety requirements in each of our destinations.

“Our SAFE & CLEAN PROGRAM will be used as a standard to provide enhanced hygiene and safety measures throughout our customers vacation experience,” explained Chris Justice, VP of Operations.

Key services being offered in Aruba will be Amstar’s ‘Meet and Greet’ at the airport, airport transfer options, in-resort service representatives, a handpicked selection of excursions and a 24/7 customer service call center.
