By now you most likely know VAX VacationAccess is good for a lot more than simply booking reservations for your clients. From detailed Supplier Showcases and destination pages to education and an Industry Calendar, VAX houses all sorts of valuable tools for travel advisors to use. Here are five resources on VAX to check out that you might not be using.

Advisor Incentives

You might already know about the Offer Wizard on VAX or the endless amount of discounts available for your clients under the Promotions tab, but did you know there’s another spot filled with deals especially for you? Under the Advisor Incentives tab, travel advisors can find everything from agent rates to extra commission.

On-Demand Webinars

Travel advisors’ schedules are never quite as predictable as they’d hope. One flight cancellation can change the route of their day entirely. With busy and unforeseeable agendas, it can be hard to attend scheduled trainings and webinars. When those slower days do appear, a good spot to visit is On-Demand Webinars. This resource allows advisors to catch up on webinars they might have missed live.

Specialty Travel

While you might notice the various campaigns on VAX throughout the year, including Destination Weddings and Power Up for Peak, did you know this information is available for you to reference all year long? Route Maps

Route maps is where you’ll find all those airline questions your clients ask you. Does Southwest fly to Hawaii? Which airline is Apple Vacations using for its Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight to Cancun this year? Which days of the week can I fly nonstop to Jamaica this year? The answers to all these questions and more are housed under the Air tab on VAX.
