Travel Impressions’ Ideal Client: What You Need to Know

Travel Impressions began as a family operation that specialized in sun and sand vacations in 1974. They were one of the tour operators to develop an easy system for travel agents to book vacation packages for their clients and continue to be a leading name in the industry today. In addition to their extensive knowledge of all-inclusive travel to the Caribbean and Mexico, Travel Impressions has grown beyond sun and sand throughout the years to include what Travel Impressions president Scott Wiseman refers to as “the exotic rest of world” to include destinations such as Asia and Africa.

Travel agents are busy and Travel Impressions wants to be your one-stop-shop. There are two key client types of clients that travel agents should target with Travel Impressions packages:

  1. A client looking for an all-inclusive experience in a specific region who might later become curious about rest of world travel.
  2. A client who is already open to rest of world travel and ready to go.

The enhanced tools and technology now provided by Travel Impressions make it easy for agents to accommodate any client and to keep them coming back, but it’s also important for travel agents to really know their clients and know what’s most important to them.
