for Logging into VAX
In addition to the tips below, it is important to know that your agency has a designated Site Manager for VAX. Your agency’s Site Manager is responsible for managing your access and credentials. If your account is locked or you do not know your credentials, you must contact your agency for assistance.
Log in Frequently
your account will be locked if you haven’t logged in within 90 days, so make sure you take time to visit VAX and log in regularly to maintain your credentials.
Password Requirements
to maintain high levels of security, your password has complexity requirements which include the following:
- Minimum of 12 characters are required
- Must include at least 1 letter and 1 number
- Passwords are case sensitive
- Special characters (! @ # $ %, etc.) are allowed but not required
Temporary Passwords
when your agency’s Site Manager issues a temporary password, it will expire in 6 hours. Please make sure you promptly log in to set up your own secure password.
Incognito Browsers
using an incognito browser helps to ensure success if you are having challenges resetting your password.
