Exporting all reservations into an excel document allows agents to view all previously booked reservations on VAX.
Error message indicating specifically that the air is not available for this reservation and needs to be changed.

- Simplified Retrieve Reservation Report
- Agents can now retrieve all previously booked reservations on VAX
- Improved Price Verify Error Message
- New error message will provide information indicating if a reservation’s air, hotel or add-on has changed. This will help agents know what to reselect to complete their booking.
- Travel Booking Inquiry Screen/Report
- Agents can run reports on their own booking activity with flexible parameters. This allows agency owners/managers to see activity of their agents and monitor production and potential fraudulent bookings.
- Travel Protection Price Break Out in Cart
- The total Travel Protection price for all travelers will be broken out separately making it easier for agents to see and quote Travel Protection.
