Exporting all reservations into an excel document allows agents to view all previously booked reservations on VAX.

2018 Featured Booking Interface Enhancements

  • Simplified Retrieve Reservation Report
    • Agents can now retrieve all previously booked reservations on VAX
  • Improved Price Verify Error Message
    • New error message will provide information indicating if a reservation’s air, hotel or add-on has changed. This will help agents know what to reselect to complete their booking.
  • Travel Booking Inquiry Screen/Report
    • Agents can run reports on their own booking activity with flexible parameters. This allows agency owners/managers to see activity of their agents and monitor production and potential fraudulent bookings.
  • Travel Protection Price Break Out in Cart
    • The total Travel Protection price for all travelers will be broken out separately making it easier for agents to see and quote Travel Protection.
