Whether agents are new to VAX or new to the industry, this is their first stop. We have compiled the essentials agents need to meet suppliers, join key industry events and organizations as well as build their business using VAX. With many tools and features to help agents deliver the vacations of their clients’ dreams it is our job to make sure they have the training to use them.

Education Highlights:

• This page is broken down into four categories: Welcome to VAX, Booking 101, Industry Organizations and Advanced Features & Functionality.
• Within each category are bite size videos and step-by-step guidance for agents to quickly figure out how to do functionality within VAX.
  • The series of videos are roughly 1 minute or less allowing agents to get the answers they need in a timely manner.
  • Agents can pick and choose the video they need without having to watch an entire topic
• VAX runs targeted ads throughout the site to reach new agents to ensure they are getting the proper education to complete bookings.
• VAX’s Facebook page targets new agents with specific educational posts guiding agents on what to do to begin VAX.
• New Agent Welcome Email Program is a four week program that sends a total of eight emails to new agents who register for VAX, across multiple topics.
• Welcoming all agents with a warm embrace into the into the travel industry or to VAX overall.
• When enhancements are made on the VAX platform, the education is kept current.
