Agency Number, Brand you are booking, Origin & Destination, Dates of Travel, Number of Passengers, a Description of the Problem and any Screen Shots that show the issue
All requests sent via email are recorded in our system and within two days you will be provided with an ID as a way to track your reported issue.
When possible, generate an email itinerary when appropriate, including date & time the issue occurred.
