AIC Hotel Group, who owns and manages the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels, UNICO 20 ̊87 ̊ Hotel Riviera Maya, Nobu Hotels and Eden Roc Miami, announced their enhanced cleanliness and sanitation protocols in response to the global pandemic. In a recent email, AIC said, “The hotels have developed a comprehensive, enhanced cleanliness and sanitation plan that consists of added precautionary  measures throughout all aspects of the guest and team member experience, and follows best practices and guidelines put forth by the WHO and CDC.”

The five Hard Rock Hotels will be implementing the global Hard Rock SAFE + SOUND program powered by Ecolab. The program has six core focuses:

  1. Guest & Employee Health
  2. Employee Protocols
  3. Cleaning Protocols & Sanitation
  4. Physical Distancing
  5. Guest Experience
  6. F&B

UNICO 20 ̊87 ̊ Hotel Riviera Maya and Nobu Hotel Los Cabos are also implementing six-step programs, which echo the Ecolab-powered Hard Rock SAFE + SOUND program. Find details and opening dates for these properties below:

AIC is working on finalizing the opening measures for their U.S.-based properties (Eden Roc Miami Beach, Nobu Hotel Miami Beach and Nobu Hotel Chicago), so expect an update on those soon.
