In these difficult times, many of us are trying to find new ways to entertain ourselves while we stay home for the good of everyone. And while you may feel guilty for being upset about some things – like our Park being closed – that shouldn’t be the case. We’re all feeling the effects, and we’re all allowed to be bummed that things we loved to do just a couple months ago aren’t possible right now. Luckily, there are ways to recreate some of that Hollywood magic at home, while we all patiently wait to walk through that archway again.

Watch Movies Featured in the Park

This one might seem obvious, but that’s why we had to include it. Prepare yourself to return to Isla Nubar with a marathon of all the Jurassic World movies or supercharge your day at home by knocking out all eight Fast & Furious films (plus Hobbs & Shaw, for good measure). You could relive the battle between Autobots and Decepticons with the Transformers film franchise – or fall in love with Illumination’s the Minions all over again. There's also nothing quite like escaping into the wizarding world with the Harry Potter film series. OR if you’re one of the people who thinks about Halloween Horror Nights year-round, the Universal Monsters collection is truly timeless! Don’t forget The Secret Life of Pets movies; the new ride, The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash, is coming soon – you’ll want to know all the pets’ names before your next visit!

Listen to Music from the Park

Every time you see the globe out front or the archway towering over our red carpet, the Universal Studios theme song immediately starts playing in your head, right? Well, to be fair, there’s a good chance you’re actually hearing it if you’re looking at the globe fountain in person, since we play it on the speakers out there all day. That said, there’s a LOT of music in the Park. We took the time to put together some Spotify playlists for you so you can turn up the volume and pretend you’re cruising down the Starway from the comfort of your own couch.

Watch our YouTube Content

We have a lot of fun behind-the-scenes content and fun Park footage on our YouTube channel. You can take a tour through Springfield, USA, brush up on some Park trivia, or see what all goes into being a stuntman in our WaterWorld show. We’ve even put together a playlist for you to use as a starting point.

Play Boardgames

There’s just something special about boardgames. If you’re hunkered down with roommates or family, you can try managing your own dinosaur park together with Jurassic World: The Boardgame. Relive one of the most thrilling moments on our World-Famous Studio Tour with JAWS, a game of suspense where you can play as the shark! Or if you want something even scarier, we recommend Horrified – a strategy game that will pit you and your friends against Universal’s classic monsters!

Enjoy a Book

Many of the attractions and iconic characters in our Park made their debut in written stories before being immortalized on film. Dracula made his debut in Bram Stoker’s classic horror novel, as did Frankenstein’s monster in the brilliant story by Mary Shelley. Jurassic Park was an action-packed science fiction novel by Michael Crichton before it was a movie, too. Peter Benchley wrote the pulse-pounding story of Jaws before Spielberg adapted it into the masterpiece that we now watch every Independence Day. And of course, if you can't wait for your next trip to Hogwarts, you can listen to Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone for free as many times as you'd like for the next few weeks. Close your eyes and pretend you're back in the wizarding world!

Believe it when we say we miss the Park just as much as you do when we’re away. We know you can’t wait to snap another red carpet selfie, grab a churro, and hop back on the World-Famous Studio Tour once again. Until then, stay safe out there!
