Luckily for U.S. travelers, these unforgettable experiences that bring Australia’s rich culture to life are easier to access than ever before with the addition of four new direct flights, launching just in time for the country’s peak travel season.

The Flights …

At the end of this year, three flight options departing from California will become available to travelers.

    • Los Angeles (LAX) to Brisbane (BNE) — American Airlines, launching December 5
    • Los Angeles (LAX) to Melbourne (MEL) — American Airlines, launching December 5
    • San Francisco (SFO) to Adelaide (ADL) — United Airlines, launching December 11

The fourth nonstop flight offering will depart from Dallas-Fort Worth, slated for after the new year.

    • Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) to Sydney (SYD) — Qantas A380, launching January 2026

… And the Sites

After their seamless arrivals, visitors can take their Australian getaway a step further by diving into VIP-level experiences through Cultural Attractions of Australia (CAOA). The organization acts as a referring agency, connecting travelers to member attractions and helping them to book once-in-a-lifetime excursions for authentic cultural engagement. Think private performances at the Opera House, a tour through Fremantle Prison given by a former guard via torchlight or even a meet-the-artist opportunity at the Art Gallery of New South Wales.

Find a full list of bookable experiences on CAOA’s website and get ready for an epic trip to the Land Down Under.
