New year, new you, new professional goals. In a Draft Day-themed launch party earlier this week, ALG Vacations (ALGV) revealed its 2026 event strategy, highlighting new additions and the return of fan-favorites like Ascend. Each event is designed to provide advisors with the resources, insights and hands-on experiences they need to succeed, combining professional development with celebratory opportunities.

“At ALG Vacations, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all events,” said Jacki Marks, global head of trade sales & engagement. “Every advisor has different goals, different strengths, and different types of travelers they want to attract. Our 2026 events are designed to help advisors be intentional about where they invest their time by choosing experiences that align with how they want to grow their business and what type of client they want to attract.”

In case you missed the virtual event, here’s a recap of what ALGV has in store for you this year.

Ascend Conference

The event of the year, Ascend 2026 will take place from Oct. 21-24 in Cancun, Mexico. The conference features educational personal and professional development workshops, general sessions led by keynote speakers and the opportunity to connect with others in the industry. Ascend brings together hundreds of advisors each year, leveraging their businesses with in-depth experiences and access to an array of travel suppliers.

Pros on the Go (MegaFAMs)

A large-scale version of the traditional FAM experience, Pros on the Go takes 150 of ALGV’s top-producing advisors per trip and offers eight different resort and itinerary options. Participants will embark on excursions, join a give back activity and learn from a full day of professional development.

  • Cancun: June 15-19
  • Punta Cana: July 27-31

Kindness Conference and Kindness Connection

Another highly anticipated event for advisors, the Kindness Conference and Kindness Connection runs from July 13-17 at Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun. The conference recognizes 40 of the most influential advisors under 40 who actively display ALGV’s three pillars of kindness in their personal and professional lives. Similarly, Kindness Connection brings together seasoned experts to inspire the next generation of industry professionals.

Unlike other ALGV events, travel pros can qualify for this trip by participating in the brand’s 8-month long contest.
