ALG Vacations® (ALGV), is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for its 2026 Kindness Events, returning July 13–17, 2026, at Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun. Designed to celebrate and connect leaders across the travel industry, the Kindness Events continue ALGV’s mission to champion compassion, community, and meaningful connection within the advisor profession.
Back for its second year in this format, the 2026 program will once again feature two signature gatherings: the Kindness Conference and the Kindness Connection.
The Kindness Conference will welcome 40 under 40 of travel’s most inspirational emerging leaders—advisors who exemplify service, innovation, and kindness in action. These rising professionals will participate in leadership development, collaborative discussions, and immersive experiences designed to support both their careers and their impact on the communities they serve.
The Kindness Connection welcomes 40 seasoned pros who bring a wealth of experience to the travel industry and are looking to both inspire and be inspired. Designed for advisors who have established themselves professionally and are seeking deeper conversation, meaningful connection, and renewed perspective, the program offers workshops and collaborative sessions that encourage growth, reflection, and shared learning among peers.
Both groups will come together for shared moments of inspiration, including a keynote session featuring a celebrity guest speaker, to be announced soon.

Nominations for both the Kindness Conference and Kindness Connection are open through January 30, 2026. Advisors are encouraged to nominate a colleague, mentor, or themselves. Selected participants will be notified in the weeks following the close of nominations.
As part of its broader Kindness Movement, ALGV is also accepting applications for its 2026 Kindness Contributions through December 19, 2025. These contributions empower advisors to bring kindness to life in their communities through advisor-led givebacks focused on care, connection, and meaningful impact.
