The restaurant is located on the property of the Belle Mont Sanctuary Resort and accommodates the seating preferences of guests with its two levels and five distinct sections, including the Upper Level, Mountain Terrace, lounge, Lookout and Chef’s Table. The Lookout features the lower level and outdoor terrace, while the Chef’s Table is ideal for those looking to intimately participate in tastings or pairing dinners.

Located on the top of Phillips Mountain and nestled on acres of farmland, everything about a visit to Liamuiga Natural Farms connects visitors to the natural beauty of the landscape. From start to finish, stopping at the farm is an immersive experience. Perched 1,500 feet above sea level, the journey begins when guests are picked up by an ex-military truck at the base of the mountain that transports passengers through the twists and turns of lush rainforest.

Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by stretches of farmland and the wafting aroma of fresh food, some of which is grown right on the property. Liamuiga primarily produces coffee beans, although a stroll through the gardens will offer glimpses of aromatics such as rosemary, sage and thyme. Brothy noodles, rum punch and coffee ice cream are just a few examples of the delicacies that await at Liamuiga Natural Farms. To finish off the experience, dishes are plated on banana leaf plates and served with calabash spoons.

Carambola Beach Club

A vibrant beach club by day and sophisticated gourmet restaurant by night, Carambola Beach Club offers versatility in more ways than one. While the transformative space accommodates the preferred dining experience for each guest, the restaurant also caters to specialized palettes with Caribbean, European and Asian dishes as well as vegan and vegetarian options. Serving lunch and dinner, fan-favorite menu items include the grilled Caribbean spiny lobster tail, volcano sushi roll and Carambola bread pudding. Of course, dining at Carambola isn’t only about the delicious food, but the scenic views of the sparkling Caribbean water and distant mountain range make for an unforgettable experience.
