Hilton today announced the transition of Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya to All-Inclusive resort experiences, further strengthening the company’s All-Inclusive portfolio and building on the offerings already available at both properties. Located on Mexico’s Caribbean coast, the resorts will offer distinct stays shaped by the character of their respective brands and rooted in a strong sense of place.
Beginning today, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya introduces a more seamless, elevated All-Inclusive experience, where oceanfront privacy and the spirit of modern Mexico shape an effortless, personal and distinctly Waldorf Astoria stay and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya evolves into a multi-generational All-Inclusive retreat where the soul of Tulum comes alive through discovery, flavor and connection.
As of January 10, 2027, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will transition to an Adults-Only experience for registered guests aged 18 and older, while Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will offer Ceiba Club, a dedicated Adults-Only section reserved for registered guests aged 18 and older, within the wider multi-generational resort.
The growth of luxury all-inclusive is being driven by a shift in how affluent travelers define luxury. Today's guests are looking for ease, personalization, and quality without compromise. They want the freedom to fully immerse themselves in a destination without constantly making transactional decisions throughout their stay. That creates a powerful opportunity for luxury brands to deliver a more seamless, elevated experience.
For Hilton, bringing both Waldorf Astoria and Conrad into the category reflects the belief that luxury all-inclusive has evolved well beyond its traditional perception. Guests increasingly expect exceptional dining, bespoke experiences, wellness, and highly personalized service within a frictionless stay experience.
“As we continue to expand Hilton’s All-Inclusive portfolio, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya give guests a more personal way to stay, dine and explore the local culture, all made possible by the thoughtful service and exceptional hospitality Hilton is known for,” said Sylvia Scholey, vice president and global head All-Inclusive and Resorts, Hilton. “Today’s travelers want the freedom and ease of an All-Inclusive resort, paired with the distinctive depth, personalization and sense of place they expect from Hilton’s award-winning luxury brands.”
Together, the two resorts will make the All-Inclusive journey easy to understand, easy to choose and easy to book for the luxury traveler. Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya is best suited for adults seeking privacy, anticipatory service, chef-led dining and a more intimate oceanfront pace, while Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya is designed for travelers of every generation seeking discovery and culinary variety.
