Have you made your reservation? Impression Makers Supper Club, Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s series of exclusive dining experiences in collaboration with some of the world’s most talented chefs, is back, and it’s better — and tastier — than ever. According to the brand, this year’s edition will feature dishes crafted by Chef Stefano Secchi, the mastermind behind New York City’s Michelin-rated eatery Rezdôra and Massara restaurant.

The exclusive culinary experience will take place for two nights only, and travelers will have the opportunity to enjoy the flavorful magic of Impression Makers Supper Club at Impression Moxché by Secrets on Sept. 26, 2024, and Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets on Sept. 28, 2024. As for the menu, Impression Moxché by Secrets will serve up a Rezdôra-style meal featuring fine Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist — think handmade pasta and traditional dishes originating from the Emilia-Romagna region, aka, the culinary heart of Italy. Meanwhile, at Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets, guests can look forward to a Massara-style meal with dishes that showcase the flavors of Campania’s cuisine — imagine Neapolitan pizza, succulent seafood pasta dishes and no shortage of fresh herbs to go around.

In addition to incredible eats, this unforgettable experience is taken to the next level with expertly paired wines and a picture-perfect backdrop — Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets with views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea and Secrets Moxché with its swoon-worthy intimate atmosphere. Can’t make it in September? No worries. According to Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection, guests will have the opportunity to sample select menu options at both resorts throughout the remainder of 2024.

Impression Makers Supper Club costs $200 per person. Interested parties can visit Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s website for more information.
