Elite Club by RIU made its debut in November 2022 at the new Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan, situated in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. As of September 9, 2023, it is now offered at the recently renovated Hotel Riu Palace Macao in Punta Cana. Furthermore, this exclusive experience will soon be available at other selected RIU Palace Adults Only Hotels later this year.

In addition to the Elite Club category, additional services and amenities have been introduced for all guests staying at this exclusive group of Adults Only Riu Palace Hotels. These include the new mixology experience, featuring signature cocktails every night, upgraded bedding, a fresh burger bar by the pool called 'Pepe’s Food,' our new in-room TV casting for streaming content from your personal device and much more.

About Elite Club by RIU and Its Exclusive Benefits

Guests seeking to elevate their experience at RIU Hotels & Resorts can achieve this by upgrading to the Elite Club by RIU concept. Alongside a welcome gift, this service offers a premium room location, exclusive amenities, dedicated services and much more.

Elite Club by RIU is a new premium category available at selected Adults Only Resorts that introduces an elevated tier of amenities and services, enhancing RIU's signature 24-hour all-inclusive offering. The unique experience starts upon arrival, marked by a dedicated check-in area and wristband, followed by an exclusive welcome gift in the room.

Additionally, guests will enjoy a confirmed late check-out until 1 PM, and the opportunity for early check-in, subject to availability, allowing extra time to appreciate the views from their rooms. This elevated level of comfort extends throughout the resort, granting exclusive access to premium branded drinks at selected bars. Moreover, guests have the ability to make dinner reservations at à la carte restaurants through the Riu App, and they can access exclusive areas such as the Elite Club lounge or our designated beach or pool area where available, adding possibilities for a relaxing moment.

As part of the Elite Club experience, an upgraded room service menu has been introduced, and your clients will be able to access it through the RIU app at no additional cost.
