RIU Hotels & Resorts recently launched a new mobile app to complement RIU Partner Club, the brand’s exclusive loyalty program for travel advisors. Available for Android and iOS, according to RIU, the app launch is a strategic move to digitalize the 100,000+-member loyalty program and further strengthen the hotelier’s relationship with travel advisors.
The RIU Partner Club app features three fundamental pillars designed to improve daily operations for advisors: Booking agility, Total real-time control and Benefit management. RIU describes each of the three pillars as follows:
- Booking agility: RIU Partner Club is a simplified, friction-free way for advisors to register sales and book stays for clients from their mobile device.
- Total real-time control: Advisors can manage their profile, check bookings and track their points status in real-time.
- Benefit management: Advisors will accumulate points for every booking they make and they can use the RIU Partner Club app to redeem their points for free stays at RIU hotels and resorts. According to RIU, advisors’ points will not expire so long as their account remains active and new sales are registered periodically.
