Naples Macro Island Everglades and Naples Grande Beach Resort celebrated a milestone on December 23rd, 2022, with the reopening of Clam Pass, a picturesque oceanfront park that features a variety of flora and fauna and an iconic boardwalk.

In honor of the park’s the reopening, Naples Grande Beach Resort announced the return of its popular Naples Grande boardwalk tram service, a shuttle service that transports guests directly from the resort to the beach. The momentous occasion also marked the return of Naples Grande Beach Resort’s quintessential Naples Grande beach experience where travelers can enjoy access to luxurious cabanas, beach chairs, umbrellas and games. Additionally, the resort has reopened Rhode’s End Beach Bar, a favorite spot for fruity cocktails and Mediterranean-inspired fare.

“The reopening of Clam Pass and it’s famed boardwalk is a great occasion for our beautiful destination,” said Paul Beirnes, executive director for Naples, Marco Island & Everglades Convention and Visitors Bureau. “As an icon for the community, both residents and visitors will once again be able to enjoy the trolly ride through the mangroves and enjoy a sun-filled day at one of our most popular beaches.”

As a central beach access point in Naples, Florida, Clam Pass is a fabulous place to catch a few rays, relax with friends and family, and while away chilly winter days.
