Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán Golf & Spa Resort

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is expanding its presence in Mexico with the recent opening of Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán Golf & Spa Resort, a 358-suite, family-friendly, all-inclusive resort in charming Mazatlán. Easy to get to, the new property is less than six miles from Mazatlán International Airport and 20 minutes from the city center where visitors can admire colonial architecture, explore unique landmarks and marvel at one of the tallest working lighthouses on the Central Pacific Coast. Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán Golf & Spa Resort boasts modern accommodations, and each beautifully decorated suite comes fully stocked with a daily refreshed mini-bar, 24-hour room service and more. Visitors traveling in groups can take advantage of connecting rooms, while accessible rooms and Preferred Club upgrades are available upon request.

The Halyard Liverpool, Vignette Collection

Earlier this year, IHG Hotels & Resorts celebrated the launch of The Halyard Liverpool, Vignette Collection, the first Vignette Collection hotel to open in the UK and the first of 12 global properties expected to join IHG’s new luxury & lifestyle brand in 2024. Inspired by Liverpool’s maritime heritage, The Halyard Liverpool is a 133-room property conveniently located in the city’s trendy Ropewalks District offering visitors no shortage of exciting things to see and do. Inside, colorful interiors pay homage to the region’s history with artsy, dockland-inspired furnishings and comfortable accommodations.

Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman

After its recent opening on May 8, Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman is one of the latest additions to Grand Cayman’s picture-perfect Seven Mile Beach. The new property was developed by IHG Hotels & Resorts in tandem with Dart, a local real estate investor, and features 282 stunning sunrise and sunset ocean-view guest rooms guaranteed to make visitors feel at home. In addition to swanky digs, the upscale family-friendly hotel features multi-concept dining, one of the region’s only rooftop lounges, an elevated pool, exclusive beachside experiences and a wide selection of event spaces for the community and vacationers to enjoy. 

Riu Palace Mauritius

With 310 rooms, high-quality culinary options and no shortage of onsite entertainment, Riu Palace Mauritius is kicking things off with a bang. In addition to being the first RIU Palace hotel to open in sunny Mauritius, offering Elite Club service and adults-only accommodations, guests at this swanky new property can enjoy 24-hour room service and rest easy knowing the property is nearly self-sufficient boasting energy-efficient design elements including solar panels that supply nearly all the hotel’s electricity. Riu Palace Mauritius has two pools and one swim-up bar. Guests who take advantage of Elite Club perks will be treated to a room in a “privileged” location, a welcome gift, an exclusive pool area, reserved beach-side seating and more.

Riu Turquoise

Also in Mauritius, Riu Turquoise is a 390-room family-friendly property with extensive and delicious dining options that are sure to satisfy travelers of all ages. The hotel has three specialty restaurants — La Gaulette, Bangalore and the Steakhouse — and five onsite bars — Savanne, Sega, the Sports Bar, Lagoon and Pepe’s Food — for guests to choose from in addition to plenty of entertainment in the form of two main pools, a children’s pool for the youngsters and RIULand kid’s club. RIU describes Mauritius as a natural paradise, and visitors to the region can enjoy the destination’s stunning landscapes in addition to an abundance of adventurous outdoor activities including kitesurfing, windsurfing and surfing.

Sandals Saint Vincent & the Grenadines

This spring, Sandals Resorts made history with its 18th all-inclusive property Sandals Saint Vincent & the Grenadines in the underrated Eastern Caribbean destination by the same name. Surrounded by jagged mountain peaks and lush forests, in a March 2024 press release, the brand shared its hopes that the new property will offer “an unrivaled sanctuary where guests can commune with nature, foster wellness and cultivate lasting connections.” Sandals Saint Vincent & the Grenadines sits atop 50 acres of land and features 301 modern rooms and suites. While the entire grounds are gorgeous, the hotel's 300-foot-long linear pool wows, connecting the dreamy lobby terrace with the sparkling blue horizon, creating the perfect backdrop for guests to slip into vacation mode the best way they see fit.
