Group travel, whether it’s a large multigenerational trip or an intimate friends weekend, is all the rage as travelers look to make memories and spend quality time with their loved ones. Well-known platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo are natural choices to accommodate these vacationers, though they fall short in their ability to offer commission to travel advisors.
Of course, business professionals always have the option to add a small fee to their booking process to compensate; however, an alternative solution may be just around the corner. To help consolidate the research phase, we’ve compiled a list of villa companies that not only serve both domestic and international destinations but also pay commission to advisors. Read on to learn more about these brands.
Rental Escapes
With a portfolio that includes more than 5,000 villas across 170 destinations, Rental Escapes provides a 10% commission rate to advisors.
“We recognize that our travel advisor partnerships are the backbone to an efficient and successful luxury villa company,” reads the brand’s website. “Through years of industry experience, we’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative impact these relationships have, which is why we prioritize strong relationships with our travel advisor partners…”
In addition to the kickback from booking with Rental Escapes, travel advisors will also have access to two dedicated contacts — a villa specialist and an experience manager — to help facilitate a seamless booking experience. Within the platform’s advisor portal, a “Keys to Success” program is available as well, which features past and future webinars on how to sell particular properties or destinations and marketing resources such as images, videos and ready-made emails to send to clients.

These perks are the standard at Rental Escapes, though business professionals should keep an eye out for extra promotions, like the one running right now. From August 25 through September 30, advisors can win an Amazon gift card of up to $5,000 on all bookings made during the promotional window for travel by December 31, 2026. The gift card reward value is based on the total villa rental cost, meaning the bigger the bookings, the bigger the earnings.
“Having been a travel advisor myself, I know first-hand how much passion and effort goes into crafting vacations of a lifetime,” said Willie Fernandez, chief marketing officer at Rental Escapes. “This offer is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to the advisor community and giving them the freedom to treat themselves however they wish – whether that’s something for their business or just for fun.”
Rentyl Resorts
Tapping into the appeal of sunshiny Florida for U.S. travelers, Rentyl Resorts' Step-Up Program provides advisors with a tiered commission structure for bookings at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, Margaritaville Cottages Orlando by Rentyl, Encore Resort at Reunion and The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando.
For these properties, business professionals can earn 12% when selling up to $50k, 15% above $50k, 18% above $70k and 20% above $100k. To add to the incentive of booking with an advisor, upon check-in, clients will receive a $50 credit for Margaritaville Resort Orlando or a $75 credit for the other applicable properties.
Additionally, travel pros have the opportunity to earn on bookings at Spectrum Resort Orlando and Embassy Suites Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk, though these commission guidelines are set by Choice Hotels International and Hilton, respectively.
Luxury Experiences Turks & Caicos
A more specialized option for advisors with a heavy client base interested in this Caribbean island, Luxury Experiences Turks & Caicos offers an impressive 15% commission on resorts and villas across the destination. Travel pros have the opportunity to earn extra too, as they can mark up services such as transfers, tours, activities and yacht charters, in addition to capitalizing on promotional offers like bonus commissions and gift cards.
“Unlike many villa companies that may focus solely on a booking fee, our organization offers a full-service experience that includes curating entire itineraries, from airport services and transfers to restaurant reservations and unique activities,” said Val Kalliecharan, travel designer at Luxury Experiences Turks & Caicos. “This model allows the advisor to earn commissions on more than just the accommodation booking, providing a greater earning potential.”
Topping off these exceptional perks, business pros are also privy to exclusive amenities that they can pass onto their clients at some of the brand’s luxury properties. Couple that with insider marketing materials, including ready-to-use promotional social media content, educational webinars and an experiences guide, both advisors and their clients are sure to enjoy their experience with Luxury Experiences Turks & Caicos.
“Our value extends far beyond the transaction; we are a trusted local partner who gives advisors unparalleled access to the best the islands have to offer,” said Kalliecharan.
Travel & Leisure GO for Professionals
There’s something mesmerizing about the glossy pages of a Travel + Leisure magazine, between the breathtaking imagery and never-ending trip inspiration. The beautiful destinations pictured in each issue may feel distant and unattainable to some travelers, though with the help of Travel + Leisure GO for Professionals, that’s no longer the case.
Available through the VAX VacationAccess booking platform, travel advisors have access to 50 pre-built itinerary options, taking vacationers on epic adventures all over the world. While business pros can choose to utilize the itinerary in its original form, there’s also room for customization so that advisors can incorporate their own expert knowledge and accommodate their client’s wishes.
“We wanted to figure out how we could take all of those amazing benefits that we offer to consumers and yet package that up and offer it to our travel advisor community,” said Amy Lipka, SVP, Travel Solutions, in a recent article on The Compass. “That was really the way Travel + Leisure GO for Professionals was created.”
Keeping advisors top of mind, Travel + Leisure GO for Professionals offers a baseline 10% commission, though the brand does also offer the ability to set customized rates to better reflect an advisor’s services during the booking process.
Nocturne Luxury Villas
Advisors who primarily work within the luxury market will find Nocturne Villas to be a fantastic option for vacation rentals. The brand has a large portfolio with more than 1,400 properties across six rental management companies, including WIMCO Villas, St. Barth Properties and Cabo Villas, to name a few. Nocturne offers an impressive range of options in beloved destinations such as St. Barts; Los Cabos; Telluride, Colorado; Santa Barbara, California; and South Walton, Florida — a versatility that appeals to all kinds of prospective travelers.
Nocturne takes its offerings a step further as well, adding in concierge services to complete the luxury experience. From bringing in private chefs and yoga instructors to decorating the home for a specific occasion, the brand is sure to prioritize their guests so that advisors, their clients and Nocturne win.
At a minimum, business pros can earn 12% commission on all bookings, with the ability to access additional bonus offers and other incentives throughout the year. An in-house advisor is assigned to each booking as well, providing all the information a travel professional needs in order to market a destination or property. If this sounds too good to be true, the real icing on the cake comes from a February Travel Market report article, which noted that nearly 45% of Nocturne’s revenue comes from returning guests. In other words, clients tend to be quite pleased with their experience at Nocturne’s properties, translating into a loyal customer base for advisors and a greater opportunity to capitalize on the brand’s commission structure.
