According to Morris, relationship building with clients begins with education, which is why Confidant Learning is such a fundamental part of the program. In order to connect a client with the perfect resort for them, advisors need to know what each resort has to offer, and what sets it apart from others in the portfolio.
“Confidant Learning is designed to help travel advisors get a deeper understanding of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection portfolio, from our resorts and destinations to the experiences that make each brand unique,” Morris said, adding that it helps advisors speak confidently and authentically to their clients.
Hyatt Inclusive Collection is constantly evolving. From new hotel openings and exciting offerings geared towards different types of travelers to the integration of new brands, like Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, the portfolio is always growing.
