AmaWaterways is making a splash with the announcement of additional cruising dates for their most popular Danube River cruises, Legendary Danube and Blue Danube Discovery, beginning in May 2019. Both cruises last a total of eight nights and include one complimentary hotel night in the historic city of Nuremberg, Germany.
Aboard the Legendary Danube, travelers can sample traditional French and Bavarian fare as they cruise through the Main-Danube Canal. A few notable stops along the route include a walking tour in Regensburg, a medieval city and UNESCO World Heritage Site; a hike through Germany’s Passau Castle; wine tasting in Dürnstein; and biking in Vienna. The new dates are:

The Blue Danube Discovery travels between some of Europe’s most notable destinations with a focus on art, history and cultural treasures. Cruisers can marvel at the Budapest Bratislava, explore the streets of Vienna by bike and sip on Riesling in Wachau Valley, the winemaking region of Europe’s Continental Divide. The new dates for this cruise are:
